Merlin XU870 ADSL Card

Hey guys, somebody perhaps found already driver for the Merlin XU870 3G HSDPA ADSL Card (PCMCIA express)? OF COURSE in Vista 32bit the card was running great, after the change to 64bit no way. The installation byself is asking for installing un-certified drivers; yes, no? and is actually installing a driver, but I have no idea what kind of because the device manager is still telling me about un-identified device (twice).
Vodafone is giving no support at all and don't even know when they'll offer some kind of solution for this.
Is there existing perhaps a kind of universal driver? It the merlin perhaps equal to any other card? Any solution would be very appreciated.

Thank you so much, everything worked out great and my card is working again. I was once or twice on the Novatel site but the jungle didn't dropped any info for me. ;-)
