Modem Drivers

Has anyone had any luck getting older dial-up modems to work in Vista X64. I have tried several with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The older driver isn't going to work. What you're going to need to do is go to the modem's maker's website and see if there's a driver for 64 bit Vista for the device.

the rosewill rc-403 is only six bucks - vista drivers install automatically.

USR5670 Works the first time after installation with no driver update needed. Fast connection and very stable. Also, low profile that wouldn't get in the way of the graphic card cooling fan. Good luck!
