| Newbie Rep Power: 6  |  Installing Epson V200 photo scanner. My Windows Vista Premium does not recognise the installation CD provided by Epson. Despite several attempts nothing appears on my screen when I insert CD. Help please ! |

Have you tried inserting the CD, leave the cd in the PC, reboot the PC and go to Start > My Computer and see if the cd drive can read your cd? I have this refresh issue myself where any CD or DVD i put into my drive I have to reboot in order for Vista to refresh itself. Raj |

| Newbie Rep Power: 6 | Re: Installing Epson V200 photo scanner. Many thanks Raj for your quick reply. I managed to get things going in the end by switching everything off at the mains and then restarting. The Installation Disc was then accepted and I was able to install all the programmes. |
