lexmark x4270 printer / software to work

anyone no how to get the lexmark x4270 printer / software to work?
i downloaded the vista 64bit software from there sit.everytime i try
to install it the dam thing stops at this point.

the usb plug is in and it works .the power is truned on and works.

I am in search of this identical problem and came in search of wisdom. I see no one else has a posted. Have you figured out an answer?

hello
yes i figured it out , it was (vista sp1) that was holding me back . i uninstalled it and
everything started working fine.os if you have sp1. thats where your trouble is...
