Vista - Driver Access denied for new Hard Drive

Jrobert vista 64 11 posts	Driver Access denied for new Hard Drive Vista 64 wont install the driver for my new sata hard drive. "Driver found but access denied". Anyone run into this? Can you tell me how to fix. Should be plug and play.
