| Newbie Rep Power: 5  |  Deskjet 710c hi i have a destjet 710c printer. now i have upgraded my computer, but my problem is that my printer cant print. windows have found it and its ready. but when i try to print it takes papir in and then it stops. any having the same problem. and by the way my windows is vista 64 bit. and i have tryed upgrading my drivers and read on hp.com homepage. cheers from kenned |

| Newbie Rep Power: 5 | Re: Deskjet 710c well i have a parrel cable and i have tryed the printer on my old computer and ther it works. so i think its a problem in vista 64 bit. behaps they cant talk together. |
