aaCenter.exe and AsLoader.exe problems

As everybody knows who uses ATI graphics cards and installs the ACPI and Overclocking apps, you get the aaCenter.exe and AsLoader.exe drivers loading at start-up and AIS requesting elevated permissions.

I would like general or specific comments on my solution (Pros and Cons).

Since these two services which have to do with machine management and not individual user settings (debatable), I decided to have these two drivers load under SYSTEM account.

Advantage: No more requests at start-up, faster boot, no more Window loader failed to run errors.

Disadvantage: No individual user settings (not a problem for me).

I would like to welcome any comments as to why this is or isn't a good solution. Especially if it involves " Your machine is gonna blow-up Dude!"

As of yet I have not encountered any problems in OS operation.

Thanks in advance.
