Hi and welcome to the forums :party:

Here is a link to the Vista 64-bit driver for your WebCam. Please note that this is a Beta driver and that there are currently no other drivers available from Trust. I also provide a link to the main Trust webpage.
Hope this helps.

Hi

I did point out in my previous post that this driver was a Beta version. Sometimes with these versions, they work on certain hardware configurations and not on others. This may be down to driver conflict or other compatibility issues with your system and its hardware. When providing feedback to hardware manufacturers about drivers not working, it is also very important to include FULL details of the hardware of the system that you are attempting to install them on. This helps them in the further development of the drivers, and you may find that a subsequent driver release has solved the problem. Keep checking the website for updates. For others following this thread, I include a link to the Helpdesk for this item. Sorry that I can't be of any more help in this matter.

They has given me a feedback that product number 14383-02 is compatible with Windows Vista 64 bit. I have 14383 and it's not working with Vista 64 bit.
Does anyone know is it able to do more with it or our webcams are rubbish? :)

Same problem here...
but... i download the vista x64 driver from "http://drivers.trust.com/CAM_WEB/14383-02_02.exe" and disamble with "Resource Hacker" and I found this...
Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>
<assembly xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1" manifestVersion="1.0">
<assemblyIdentity
    version="1.0.0.0"
    processorArchitecture="X86"
    name="InstallShield.Setup"
    type="win32"
/>
<description>InstallShield.Setup</description>
<dependency>
    <dependentAssembly>
        <assemblyIdentity
            type="win32"
            name="Microsoft.Windows.Common-Controls"
            version="6.0.0.0"
            processorArchitecture="X86"
            publicKeyToken="6595b64144ccf1df"
            language="*"
        />
    </dependentAssembly>
</dependency>
</assembly>
As you can see, the arquitecture of the beta vista x64 driver is x86... I have no more comments...

If someone understood how to change or fix this drivers, plase help us.
Thx.

My Computer

Hi,
i have contacted with Trust and they told me it's unable to install WB3400T the product number 14383 (issue 1). It's technically unavailable.
It's why they issued the second series of this camera (14383-2).
It looks we have to throw it away.
Cheers
Rafal
