Logitech G7 Wireless Mouse problems

So I have the mouse in the thread title, and it has this new problem of randomly freezing up randomly for three to five seconds. It's incredibly annoying. There's a thread on the Logitech forums about it, but Logitech isn't that helpful

You can see it here: Logitech mouse G7 freezes - Mice - Hardware - Logitech Forums

Anywho, someone claims it's a driver issue, so I'm posting it in this section. It happened on my XP laptop, too, so it's not technically a Vista 64 trouble. Anyway, I'd appreciate any advice you guys could offer.

Re: Logitech G7 Wireless Mouse problems

I also have the same Logitech G7 mouse, and I HAD the same problem awhile back.
The cause: too many wireless toys lying too close too one another bearing the same frequency...channel 6 2.4GHz?
I have attached screenshots.
