everytime i start my laptop it will show startup repair screen

Hello, Im having some problems figuring out why these two files fail to load during boot and need some help...Does anyone have some ideas?

\SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\NDProxy.SYS
\SystemRoot\System32\DRIVERS\srv.sys

Hi Featherfish,

-The file NDProxy.sys is your network card device driver, Have you checked the manufacturer for the latest driver version?
-The file svr.sys is the Windows File Sharing Driver and properly crashing because your Network Device Driver is malfunctioning.
-Run a system file check by running SFC /SCANNOW from an Administrator command prompt.
