Suddenly the Consumer Infrared Lens on my HP Pavilion dv6614tx stopped working.
I looked at Device Manager and there is no Infrared device installed????
On the HP website, there are all sort of drivers apart from the driver for the Customer Infrared Lens (which is basically only used for the remote control).
The HP help staff didn't know where I can find the driver....
Where can I find that driver???? This is driving me crazy... They said they can repair it under warranty, but I really think it has to do with the driver and would like to find it....
