I bought a samsung SC-D375 camcorder last year and this year
I upgraded to vista 64. The samsung site only has vista 32 drivers. Are there any tricks to getting these drivers to work? Or is there anyway to mod those drivers to work on 64?

Try to plug your camera in without drivers, maybe Vista will download the drivers itself.

Otherwise you'll have to wait for x64 drivers, never install x86 drivers on a x64 machine because that could really harm your PC.

Yeah tried plugging it in, windows cant find drivers for it. Guess I have a useless camcorder, vistas been out for a while now, I doubt they will be making the drivers anytime soon.
