This web cam is 64 bit compliant so i cant see why you would have any problems:confused:

I have 2 versions of this cam running on to different pc's rinnung vista 64 and 32 and they work just fine

The driver that came on the disc should be enough to get it working, however i do recall that you had to install the software and driver before plugging in the web cam then plug the cam in only when prompted to do so

I was able to use logitech quickcam easy/cool from using the install by list method.
Pick imaging devices logitech then scroll to quickcam easy/cool.
Still testing it.
