| Vistas Home premium 64 bit | Vistas 64 bit & maxtor 1tb 1-touch driver Anyone have a soution here. running dual quad processors under Vista 64bit system. I bought a new Maxtor 1touch 1tb drive for backups. Vistas 64 bit is preventing the drive from allowing me to run the recovery utility and the drive keeps going on and offine in Explorer. the backup works but does not recognize all drive locations. Also, I had the same issues using a 1tb Freeagent drive. ulities would not load and run. even after multiple uninstalls and reinstalls and after removeing all refrences to the software in the registry..
