Hello,
i have a big Problem. I bought me a TV Card for my PC. I installed it on my PC (Windows XP Prof.) and it works. But now I have Vista Ultimate x64 and the TV Card doesn't work. I have installed all drivers that I found and four different softwares, no chance, the TV doesn't work.

If I start a programm (for example ProgDVB), there comes a popup, "Device not startet, BDA no device". I don't know what i could do.:(

Can anyone help me. ???

Hi, Fabioff, and welcome to the forums.

First. some advice - when posting problems, you need to be *very* specific on what is going on. Items to note for specific reference are as follows:

  • Your current system specifications - especially the item in question that is giving you trouble
  • Any / all driver versions that you have tried, including locations you obtained them from
  • Any advice that you have found elsewhere that you might have tried as a workaround
  • The exact error messages that you are receiving.

Also, screen shots go a long way as we can read what is actually being written in those dialog boxes / error messages, and what looks like Greek / geek to you may make perfect sense to us.

Remember, we're not sitting at the computer, and we do not have the ability to come over and take a look or have you bring it to us - so the level of detail that we need is increased exponentially.

No, on to your problem:

  1. Which TV Tuner card did you buy?
  2. Where did you get these drivers that you mentioned?
  3. Does the manufacturer not have drivers for Windows Vista x64?

Hello back,
first - thank you for the answer and sorry for my long time for answering.
Ok I will tell you all what I know about my problem:

My TV-Card is the "VisionPlus VisionDTV Sat-Ci".
The Serial Number is: 03113a00347-1
p/n: 1194100-311
The Driver I used are these:
Twinhan
DVB-S
AD-SB200(7022) V1.0.1.900 (2008 03 25)
AD-SE200(1028) V1.0.4.6 (2008 04 11)
(It could be that I didn't understand this website and I've always tried the wrong drivers.) =)
These Drivers doesn't work with my System.
After I tried these two drivers, I recognized that I have to use an other driver,
because if I go to Twinhan I notice that my
TV Card belong to the (1034) model series.
AD-SP300(1034) V1.1.0.400 (2008 04 02)
In my Windows devicemanager are 3 hardware things listed, and show me a problem with a driver. After I search on my PC for a driver for the TVCard and installed them, there is only one hardware thing with a problem left. The others are installed and they don't show me a problem again. If I try to install the driver (from on high) to that last hardware thing with a problem my computer stops and crash.
I don't know what I could do ...

Contact the company and ask them if they have 64bit drivers - nothing I saw on the site suggests that the card works in 64bit OS.
