P5n32-e and RAID vista install problems

I am having trouble installing vista X64 Ultimate. The install goes smoothly without any user interaction (besides of course entering the cd key and what not) but during first boot vista blue screens and bites the big one. The blue screen disappears before I can see it but I'm pretty sure its referencing 0x0000000A/0x0000007e nvrd.sys (nvidia SATA raid drivers).

I tried just about every nvidia SATA raid driver I can get my hands on (all were WHQL) and they all blue screened as soon as they loaded.

I removed two gb of memory to bring myself down to 2gb total and that helped get the vista install farther but still have yet to have a stable working system.

Here is my hardware layout. Hopefully someone will be able to give me some guidance.

I will dump my BIOS settings into the thread when I get home. However I can say the memory and power settings are set to Mushkin specifications and have been working fine for about 2 years under XP pro.
