Vista x64 BSODS. Are my drivers compatible?

First off, my system specs:

OS: Vista Ultimate x64 w/ SP1

Processor: Intel Duo E8400
RAM: Corsair XMS2 4GB DDR2 800 (Currently only running on 2GB)
Mobo: ASUS Rampage Formula
Graphics: x1 VisionTek Radeon 4870 (I have another 4870 waiting to be installed)
Storage: x1 Western Digital WD6400AAKS 640GB
Case: Cooler Master RC-690
PSU: Corsair 750W
Cooling: XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 120mm + Retention Bracket + ARCTIC COOLING MX-2 Thermal Compound + x6 Scythe S-FLEX SFF21F 120mm Fans
DVD Drive: SAMSUNG 22X DVD Burner Black SATA Model SH-S223F

With this setup, I keep getting BSODs and sometimes error messages like "Superfetch stopped working" or "Host processes for Windows services stopped working" before the BSODs. Memtest, chkdsk, and Prime95 have all turned up no errors, so I'm not sure what is wrong. I believe it is either driver incompatibility or general 64-bit issues.

I've installed the Marvell Ethernet Controller LAN and Soundmax drivers located on the Asus Rampage CD. I also installed the latest Vista x64 version (10.61.2.3) of the Marvell Yukon Ethernet driver from their website, but I had to system restore to before then so I'm not sure what driver I'm running now. I've also installed version 9.0.0.1008 of the Intel Chipset Device Software.

As for the video card, I have installed the latest ATI Catalyst driver (8.7) but I sometimes get the error message "Catalyst Control Centre: Host application stopped working"(occasionally before BSOD).

Most updates for Vista are installed, the exceptions being some Media Center and security updates and KB947562 (a compatibility update). Many of the latter two have failed to install.

I've uploaded Minidumps from all the BSODs, so could someone please help me figure out which drivers are incompatibile or what other problem the comp have? Thanks in advance!

Wrong answer - you never know how old those drivers are. Update those drivers to the latest ones from the respective websites.

Most definitely wrong answer hellic you need to go to the ASUS website and download the latest drivers for the onboard Soundmax Drivers and the Marvell Yukon Gigabit lan.

To ensure proper operation of the ATI card, the latest chipset drivers if needed, should always beinstalled right after Vista 64 with SP1 installation, not after you have downloaded all the updates, and have installed the drivers for your hardware. Then you download and install the latest ATI Catalyst drivers, which are in this case Catalyst 8.7. This is how touchy videocards can get.

Next run Memtest on your memory, if your memory doesn't pass Memtest you need to either adjust the voltage to get it stable, as some motherboards and memory are picky when it comes to memory voltage, and if the memory fails, then you need to RMA the memory. If you still get BSOD's after all this, then you need to get the motherboard RMAED for repair or replacement.

Looks like the driver it crashes is fltmgr.sys (this is filter driver related to disk access). Search on google you will find that others had the same problem.

What to do:

If you run any antivirus , uninstall it and see if the problem still apears.
Update to the latest BIOS for your motherboard (if you don't have it already).
If you overclock, disable overclocking
If you don't overclock go on BIOS and load "safe settings" (or something like this).
