Error code 39 on driver loading

Error message "missing or corrupt drivers" on 64 bit Vista

I have created a signed driver package using Macrovision Installshield for Vista x64. It installs without any errors. But when I connect the device(USB device), it says "driver may be corrupt or missing".
If I disable driver signing enforcement temporarily, it works fine.
I am unable to understand why it behaves this way, though I have signed the drivers.

I am also having the same problem. I have signed driver package from Microsoft WHQL targetted for xp, vista & windows 7 both 32 bit & 64 bit platforms.

The installer installs with out any error for all platforms. When i connect my device, it loads the driver for all platforms except Vista 64-bit system.

I am getting same error code 39. If I disable driver signing enforcement temporarily, it works fine and also it works fine If I manually install the driver from device manager by browsing to the INF file folder.

Did you get a chance to fix this issue either with Microsoft or by yourself>

I appreciate if you reply to my posy with any information you had with this issue.

thanks.
