Vista - clueless!! blue screens; constant minidumps... who can help me?

Hi people,

Bought myself this nice new laptop but have been experiencing problems since a couple of weeks. First mostly ignoring the blue-screens but after having them almost every day now decided to take some action. First experienced blue screens with error codes 000000x8e. Googled and figured it must have been a bug. Used window remove program for malicious software, avast complete scan and hitman pro to scan the computer. Hoping that this would solve the problem. No threats, some cookies removed. Since then have been getting the following... Can anybody help me?
If this is a driver problem please let me know how to select drivers needed for my vista home premium. Many thanks Elina - Portugal

I looked up your BSOD and found the following info

You have installed a driver that is not built for Vista, you will need to remove this driver before the BSODS stop

The BAD_POOL_CALLER bug check has a value of 0x000000C2. This indicates that the current thread is making a bad pool request.

The current thread attempted to free the pool memory, which was already freed.

Resolving the Problem
