1394 + Premiere Pro CS3 Capture Issues, Sony Z1p, x64

My 1394 card is a VIA based one, has OHCI Microsoft drivers installed.

My OS is Windows Server 2008 x64, which seems to ID as "Vista Ultimate" as I can get the extra sounds update etc.

Anyway, Premiere Pro CS3 cannot see the camera, it says "device offline" etc no matter what I do, same Cable, same Card, same Camera in Windows XP was working fine..

I've tried the x64 hotfixes for some of the 1394 isues on MS's website, but when I try to run the MSU file it says "This update does not apply to your system".

Using google Ive seen so many people have this problem on Vista, yet I never seem to find a solution?

Is it possible to extract files fom a MSU archive some how? So I can try over writing the 1394 drive files with the ones from the hotfix that wont let me install it?

To-reiterate:
Nothing wrong with my card, cable or camera.

I also do not see a 1394 network connection in network settings etc like I did in XP.
