Hello everyone,
Shortly ago I have a problem with ALL of my USB ports. They have an Code 39 Error and I can't find a cause.
The newest drivers are installed (Intel version 8.3.0.1011) and I can't reinstall them. Some programs have an answer, but only in 32 bits mode, so the give an error on installing and quit. (Even Error Expert fails)
Does anyone have an answer?:o

You probably need to repair the registry. You could try a repair install after backing up your data; or a third party program.

By repair registry he meant that your registry entries may be corrupt and that you can try to fix this by doing a repair of your windows vista installation.

Tutorial here: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/88236-repair-install-vista.html

But you MUST back up all your data at least that which is on the drive with Vista installed [aka System drive].

This is so because repair installations of Vista may go wrong and you might end up with a fresh copy of Vista; not a repaired Vista. However, your old Vista installation will by default get backed up, so don't worry!
