Hi all.
I am trying to setup Vista X64 with SP1 on this machine:

ASUS P5WDG2WS-Professional
Intel E6600
2+1GB Kingston DDR2 533MHz
Adaptec 29320AR HostRaid Enabled
3*73GB Seagate 10k
1*DVD Plextor PX560
1*DVD Plextor PX550

When i load Adaptect SCSI HostAdapter driver DSOD appear  [STOP: 0x000000F7 (0xFFFFFA60021C79F0 0X00002B992DDFA232 0X0000D466D2205DCD 0X0000000000000000)]
I have instalaled Vista with HostRaid disabled and it works.
I followed Adaptect steps to migrate from Ultra SCSI to HostRaid enabled.
I installed HostRaid drivers and reboot the machine. Then I enabled HostRaid and rebbot the machine. When Vista restarted BSOD appears again with the same errors .

Anyone can help me?

Regards Stefano

Hi stefanogiron,The Asus P5WDG2WS PRO mobo has RAID support. Why did you want to use a card? If you look elsewhere in these forums you will see a number of questions relating to the Adaptac SCSI U320 adaptor and the lack of Vista drivers for it. The adaptec is quite an old unit and although it works well on XP, Adaptec have provided limited support for Vista 64. You may need a BIOS update on your card. The URL for Adaptec cards, with links to BIOS updates is Answer. Check there first.
