Dual mice problem

Hi there,

I run vista ultimate x64 and went for MS wireless entertainment 7000 keyboard mouse bundle. The mouse is a bit crap particularly for games so a couple of days ago I bought the razor/MS habu mouse.

I assumed (and according to google searches) that they would both work and control the same pointer which was great.

It did this for an hour or so but then the scolling stopped working on the habu mouse. I deleted or disabled the drivers for both mice and gave it another swing. Again it worked for a while then the habu mouse stopped scolling (although the buttons work).

Now disabling/uninstalling/reinstalling drivers in device manager has no effect and the scoll wont work at all. Is it possible to have both these mice working perminantly?

Thank you for your time

Did you restart the system?

I run the hard-wired mouse that came with my system, as well as a Logitech bluetooth mouse. While it hangs occasionally, both mice play well with one another.

I'm using 2 Logitech mice (Mx revo for multimedia + g5 v2 for games) at the same time and have had no problems ever since (been using them both for over 1 year), so it could be a problem with the mouse itself.
