| Vista Ultimate x64 | Removable Media Bit Filter Driver?! Would like to have more than one partitions on USB Flash drive; After some googling around, i found out that all Microsoft had to do is write preference panel to give users a choice, to treat their USB flash as removable drive or as local disk. They didn't. So Removable Media Bit (RMB). If you take away the RMB then Windows sees the drive as 'local disk' and allows multiple partitions work. I know Removable Media Bit Filter Driver excites under XP, any information for vista x64 will be appreciated Thanks in advance. |
