| Vista ultimate x64 | Palm 64 Bit Hot Sync Driver Palm hasn't issued a 64 bit driver for HotSync. I can't sychronize my palm 750P with Microsoft Outlook. Has anyone found a work-around? Thanks, Bob421 |

| Vista Ultimate x64 SP1 | Re: Palm 64 Bit Hot Sync Driver Vista uses Windows Mobile Device Center, instead of Active Sync to sync mobile phones. Can your phone use it instead? I have a Treo 700wx with Windows Mobile 6 and It syncs just fine with WMDC. I know you said "HotSync" but... You can check it out here: Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 (WMDC) | Download | Windows Vista Also check Palm's forums for a solution if this doesn't help, really good info there. Hope this hepls. | Vista Home Premium x64 | Re: Palm 64 Bit Hot Sync Driver Thanks for the links. I did find a post saying that the Palm Hotsync works via bluetooth, but the USB hotsync cable is not supported at this time. |

| Vista Business 64bit | Re: Palm 64 Bit Hot Sync Driver I had the same problem with my Treo 680 as I switched from a XP notebook to a Vista 64 bit workstation an . My solution: I installed VMWare Workstation and have now the notebook XP in a virtual machine on my 64 bit Vista PC. Hotsync and Palm Desktop work perfect in the virtual machine as they did on the hardware notebook. It is even not nessesary to buy VWMWare Workstation, as you can build the virtual machine with the 30 day trial version and run the VM afterward with the free VMWare Player. |

| Vista 64-bit | Re: Palm 64 Bit Hot Sync Driver Interesting solution. I just tried to do the same thing in a Windows Virtual PC machine but something about the USB virtualization doesn't let it work. I'll try the VMWare route. |

| Vista Home Premium x64 | Re: Palm 64 Bit Hot Sync Driver Just spoke with Palm Tech Support, and synchronization on a x64 bit system (namely, Vista x64) can ONLY be performed using Bluetooth. It will not work using the USB cable. |

| Vista Home Premium x64 | Re: Palm 64 Bit Hot Sync Driver I actually understood everything Palm told me. I inadvertantly left out of my post that I was referring to the Treo 680 which uses Palm OS. I had a Treo 750 and now have a Treo Pro, both of which worked fine syncing with my PC's. |
