i would like to share my problem in more detail and for information purpose for others....
i download and install "ACTMON PC & INTERNET MONITORIN" software version 5.11
it was mentioned that it is suitalbe for 2000,WINXP ,, though VISTA was not mentioned.
I started to install that software into my laptop, during installation
kaspersky v8
adware 2008
window defender

reports for suspicious activity by that application but as i knew that this software is kind of SPYWARE itself, so no worry even security programs are reporting it bad because program is made like that.... so i installed anyhow.

later i found my system running slowly,i decided to uninstall it and i did...

later i scan my pc by ADAWARE 2008 , i scanned because i knew that my system would contain lefts for that software..and it is happend that it show me some infected files and i removed all of them
when i restart i found my TOUCHPAD AND KEYBOARD NOT WORKING

system restore in normal window mode was not completing well,in last display message that system setting files cannot be restore...

suddenly it comes in my mind that i should try to restore my laptop while boot in SAFE MODE, and i did it
i restored to one of good point created by me 3 days ago...
during restore,,,,, system restarted and i boot window again into SAFE MODE,finally it gives me message that SYSTEM RESTORE DONE SUCCESSFULLY. :)
i restarted and boot into normal mode,,
my KEYBOARD AND TOUCH PAD start working...:D

but system become infected again....:sa:

ACTMON monitors keyboard strokes and for that it did some change or replacment into my system which in turns put me in suffer...if i delete that driver KEYBOARD GOES and if not SECURITY PROGRAMS shouts for spyware presence..

I will try to contact SPYBOT forums to make my system clean with the help of expert

thank you for reading that much:party:

hope this will help understanding this problem for others....

I have been solved this problem long time ago with changing of one parameter in regedit which control the " ACTIVE KEYBOARD".
After unIntalling the program, keyboard was gone so then I brought it back with change in regedit.
** JUst posting for future reader***

My Computer

I don't remember exactly but you may check following parameter in your registry as

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Accessibility\Keyboard Preference

If not fix, you can search your registry with word " KeyBoard" & then compare your paramters with any healty, good computer.

I hope It will help you.
Sorry for not replying exact solution.:zip:
