Startup Repair by 'BadDriver'

Hello,

I've reinstalled my Windows Vista because I was getting 'Startup Repair' while booting. I thought formatting and reinstalling would help, so it seems not. I'm still getting Startup Repair when starting up my computer (let's say the chance of getting one is about 50%).
It suggests restoring to an earlier point where everything worked, but it does not. However, when I cancel the option to restore my system it says following:

Startup Repair could not fix this computer automatically:

Especially the 'BadDriver' thingy actracts my attention. Though I do not have a clue which driver it could be (if this really is the problem)..

Some help is greatly appreciated,,
