Either from control Panel or Device Manager I would think.

Start/control Panel/Programs & Features

or

Start/computer/system properties/device manager look for the Saitek device, go to drivers and uninstall.

Sorry but you are not giving a lot of information so this is the best I can do.

this looks like the first one,

Welcome to OpenVPN

and for the second,

Drivers & Software - Saitek

In either case if you are using either one still, might help to double check that you are using the latest version for each. Then again seeing as the dates reported for both of those are close to 1 and 2 months old, I doubt that they are still causing a slowdown.

Either from control Panel or Device Manager I would think.

Start/control Panel/Programs & Features

or

Start/computer/system properties/device manager look for the Saitek device, go to drivers and uninstall.

Someone still stuck in the XP way of opening things. :D Quicker and easier to hit the Windows key and just start typing the name of the program you want to open.

If you're sure you uninstalled them (and not just deleted the folders) you can have a look in Device Manager and see if there is any bits remaining. Just follow the steps here,

Device Manager does not display devices that are not connected to the Windows XP-based computer

to be able to see everything in Device Manager. If there is anything left regarding those two (and probably a few other things as well) they will look something like this,

hiddendevices.jpg

the current devices will be dark and the non-present ones will be grayed/ghosted (in my case in that shot the grayed out ones are a couple of mp3 players, and show up like that from plugging them into different USB ports). The grayed out ones are safe to remove by right clicking and selecting Uninstall. If you happen to uninstall something by mistake there is nothing to worry about as Windows will just detect it and install (or ask you to install) the drivers for the device again.
