Vista - dwmapi.dll error

Hi, I was tweaking on my computer yesterday, and I got to rename or did something to dwmapi.dll, but before i turned my computer off i forgot to name/change it back. so now when i login, it comes up: DwmIsCompositionEnabled startuplocation of the proseedure did not excist in the dynamic connections librairy.

then after i click ok, it comes: explorer.exe can't find startuplocation, dwmapi.dll is not found in dynamic librairy.

the error messages is badly translated from norwegian, the computer I use now is not the one with the error, this is my family's share computer.
and I have Vista Ultimate, x32 i think.

And thanks again. It didn't solve my problem, but i found out i could access the System Restore from the Command Prompt, Witch solved my problem. Thanks again for the help and fast reply!
