APPcrash when insalling any downloads

I get app crash every time trying to install anything i have downloaded from internet, few of them (it all happens after new install of vista x64, tried formatting hard drive and reinstalling vista few times):

yes, installing sp1 did helped, the only thing, i had download it using xp and install it from memory key as well. everything works fine now, thanks for reply anyway:)
