BSODs , 1 or 2 every day

Its a new system that I have loaded up over the past 3 weeks.
The BSODs seem very random, usually IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL but not always.
Typically a bad address has been accessed, that is what I see in all of the minidumps.

I have run HDTune on all 3 HDs; no issues at all.
I have run Memtest86+ ; no issues at all.

So I suspect a bad driver, bad registry entry or both. What is the best process to root out the culprit(s)? Is there a safe program which I can download to scan the drivers and registry? I notice some advertised above in this forum.

I am getting weary of this, please help.
Thanks

Re: BSODs , 1 or 2 every day

Your memory latency is 5-5-5-12
The voltage should be 2 - 2.1v
It runs at 1Mhz
This memory is not stable at 1mhz on vista according to newegg.com
What is your FSB and memory timings.

Re: BSODs , 1 or 2 every day

Roy69, thanks for your post. I did check the memory timings with the store that built the computer and have been assured that all is correct in that regard.
I did flash the BIOS with the very latest ( Version 1702 ) and for now it seems to have settled down.
The new BIOS apparently fixed some memory issues.
