| Vista Business 32bit | Freecom XXS no longer recognised I have a Freecom XXS USB hard drive connected via a powered hub that I have been using on a Win XP machine as a backup driive. It is formatted as NTFS and I now want to use it on a Vista machine. I was able to use the drive until a few days ago but it no longer appears as a drive in Explorer. It appears in Device Manager but not in Disk Management and when I unplug and replug the unit in, Vista makes the usual noise indicating that a connection/disconnection is being made. I can still use the drive from a Win XP machine. Any suggestions? |
