| Vista Home Premium 32bit | HP 5550 Printer need Drivers Can anyone help! I have got a new Packard Bell computer (Vista) but my printer won't work. The printer is on the system and there is power but it says the drivers are out of date I have tried hp site but it says that there are no drivers for this printer on vista. Hope this makes sense I am new to these forums  |

| Vista Ultimate x64 | Re: HP 5550 Printer need Drivers According to HP, the generic Vista driver should work with your printer. I have the same situation with two older HP printers (950c and a g85) and they both work - just plugged 'em in and it installed. On the g85 (multifunction) however, the fax was no longer available... but it worked fine for printing. --ch |
