The required line was not found in the INF

I've just bought a new ZT computer with Vista home premium 64bit o.s.
I also bought a new webcam, the logitch pro-9000.
Driver's installation went fine, but at the end I've got a message telling me that 'the required line was not found in the INF'. (see attached file for the whole message). I had the exact same issue with my old 'Epson' scanner which worked fine on my old computer with the XP pro. os. On the other hand, both my 'Canon' printers are working fine. All these devices are connected through USB2.
1. Is there an issue with the imaging devices?
2. Is there a known and easy cure? (I'm not a computer savvy).
3. Is it safe and/or will it help to download one of those 'drivers updater and fixer'?
Any assistance will be highly appreciated!

You said things worked good under XP. Assuming you had the 32-bit version of XP, you were using 32-bit drivers, you now need 64-bit drivers for Vista.

Hopefully they'll have 64-bit drivers for you device(s).

Excuse me if you already know this :)

Thank you sygnus21.
In both the Logitech webcam and the Epson scanner, I downloaded and installed the drivers latest version for Vista 64.
I still need assistance resolving this issue of this error message.
On one hand I'm getting a message that the driver was installed properly, but when I try to operate the web cam or the scanner, I keep getting the error message attached to the original posting.
Please help.

OK, try this,

If you can, uninstall the webcam software, including drivers, then reboot. If you don’t have the anything installed, reboot anyway. Once you’re back in windows, make sure the webcam is powered on and is plugged into the USB port, then install the drivers. Reboot – See what happens? Is it fixed?

Let me know

To my surprise it did work!
I really apreciate your input!
Thank you so much.

Well, it worked with the web cam, but the scanner, Epson Perfection 4490 Photo Scanner, is still not working. I went through the same procedure with it, meaning - uninstalled the drivers and all the accompanying files, and reboot while the scanner is connected and turned on. The computer identified it and prompted me to put the disk in, and than prompted to update the driver from epson website which I did but the same message (attached to the first post) appeared.
Any thoughts?
Thanks again,
Haim Barziv
