Hi i have just bought a laptop and everything was wiped off it (acer aspire 6920g) so the wireless doesnt work...meaning i cant connect to the internet to update everything (it has no driver disk either).

I went on here Acer Europe - Service & Support, Drivers & Utilities, Downloads, Notebook, Aspire 6920G and downloaded the WLAN one to my memory stick...but when i open it on the acer it comes up with 'Please insert the last disk of the Multi-Volume set and click OK'

Also when i move the file from the memory stick to the computer it tells me windows cannot open the folder.

I have no idea what to do =[

Connect using an ethernet cable to the router. After you have download the software run it. If it works then copy the download to cd for safe keeping, and disconnect the ethernet.
