Recurring problem: I am running several tabs on Windows Vista, doing research on various companies for business purposes, no wacky or suspicious websites. Several times, I have opened a new tab, or reopened Internet Explorer to get a new page entirely vs just a tab, and my computer just completely freaks out. It has only happened loading a Facebook page, but I since it has happened three times with this site, I'm suspicious.
Basically, the computer starts loading Facebook repeatedly. The highest count has been 49 Facebook "windows", all in succession. Then the whole screen starts spazzing out. I don't have a better word for it than that. It flickers and jumps around like crazy, sometimes blanking out entirely.
This happens on my HP dv9810 laptop running NVidia Geforce 7150m.
I'm not a techie, but I can follow directions. Could sure use some help.
