| Vista Home Premium 32bit | Problems Reinstalling Wireless Desktop 6000 V.20 Set I replaced my HD and am reinstalling. My set basic functions work but not the others like horizontal scrolling/windows switching/magnification for the mouse and favorites on the keyboard. I tried reinstalling the software but got this message: <Extraction Failed: unable to find a volume for a file extraction. Please verify that you have proper permissions.> Any ideas? Thanks!
