| Vista Ultimate 32bit | Blue ray drive doesn't recongize a disk My cousin has a HP HDX9300 with a Optiarc BC-5500A blue ray drive in it. For some reason whenever you put a disk in (wow for example) it shows the disk as a blank as asks you if you want to write something to it. You can open up the disk and there is nothing in it. I tried plugging in an external dvd drive and it did the same thing. He's running Vista Home Premium 64. I'm at a total loss on this since it does it with an external drive too. I've uninstalled the drive and had windows reinstall it and nothing. Any ideas? |
