ECS 761GX-M and Vista x64

Hi, I'm new to x64 platform, anyone tried vista x64 with this mobo yet? because I can't get it to work till now.

Here's the problems
- After fresh installing vistax64 Home Premium with SP1, I loaded Nvidia Geforce driver ver 182.50 for 64bit, restarted and everything seems to be working well for a 1 minute or two then the problem arise, I've got an artifact display and then my display/desktop seems to be locked up.
But I can see HDD activity each time I click or press the power button but it just the screen that locked up/freeze.

FYI: The BIOS and display driver are the newest, I have install nothing yet just the display driver, and it work well with vista x86 before until I try x64

Thx before....
