vista can't find my ethernet drver

I just completed a legal install of Vista Business 32x. The internet worked before and during the installation process, but after windows started up for the first time it couldn't find any internet connection. There were only options for wireless and Dialup/VPN. Also, I did the hardware compatibility test from windows before I installed and followed their instructions to the T.

Is it possible that vista doesn't have the driver for my ethernet card?

If this was a fresh installed, you must likely forgot to install the chipset drivers that came with your Lenovo CD, downloading the latest ones as recommended by brink may be better since you will be up to date tough... cd drivers are usually obsolete by the time you install them.
