SCSI Seagate Cheetah 15k HDD in Vista.

Hi, i have a 15k Seagate Cheetah Internal Hard drive, and im not sure how the setup works.

Ok I have a ASC-29160n SCSI PCI Controller.
and Vista seems to have latest driver but my HD speed tool shows only like 36MBps. Thats slower than my SATA.

And the Hdd is a 40GB 15k Seagate Cheetah.
The SCSI Controller is set all to defaults.at 160MBps.
