| Vista Ultimate 32 bit | HP Dv6920ea webcam error HI, Ok!! I was bought the above laptop which came Pre- installed with Vista Home Edition (32bit) My dad bought me Vista Ultimate and instead of upgrading he did a clean install which wiped clean the partition driver. Since then I have been unable to get the internal intergrated webcam working. every driver, software patch anything i try gets the attached error pic. Problem is I don't what other application could be using the webcam??? other than HP quickplay. which makes me believe that there must have been on the HP pre install that I need to get my webcam to work again...any help solving this is MUCH appreciated |

Click on the Services tab, Put a tick in the box Hide all Microsoft services, Click on disable all, Click to accept and on OK Restart the Lappy and try to install the drivers. If this works do not forget to re enable the services and startup programs I hope this helps Pooch |
