trying to uninstall a program

i down loaded this avs converter and want to remove when i clicked uninstall
and now i cant unistall anything it keep getting the message wait till the progam has finished uninstalling how do i get rid of this AVS software

Perhaps you need to restart before it lets you uninstall something else? Perhaps, it has to go thru other files?
