| windows XP | Device Driver Installation Process programmatically Hello All, I want to install Device Driver programatically without attaching the device on windows. When i attach the device through USB then notification comes to install the driver, same thing i need to do without attaching the device. Please help me out. Thanks Naveen Mendiratta |

With Vista, usually all you have to do is hook up the device to the USB port and it installs the drivers automatically. Does the install cd that came with the device stop and prompt you to connect the device before it can continue? Sometimes that is normal, depending on the device such as a all in one printer, copier and fax machine. |
