Vista Ultimate x64

This is a new system and I can't get this figured out. I have updated all the drivers and DL all the updates to my OS. I will have to attach my minidumps to this post when I get home.

Mainboard : Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-US2H
Chipset : AMD 780
Processor : AMD Phenom 7750 @ 1350 MHz
Physical Memory : 4096 MB (2 x 2048 DDR2-SDRAM )
Video Card : NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT
Hard Disk : WDC Raptors 75 Gig Running Raid AMD (148 GB)
Hard Disk : WDC (1000 GB)
DVD-Rom Drive : NEC DVD_RW ND-3520A ATA Device
DVD-Rom Drive : ASUS DVD-E616P2 ATA Device
DVD-Rom Drive : UHIP A3K1UZ0HE SCSI CdRom Device
Network Card : Realtek Semiconductor RTL8168/8111 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC
Operating System : Windows (TM) Vista Ultimate 64 bit Professional 6.00.6001 Service Pack 1
DirectX : Version 10.00

I have already tested the ram and it was fine, still not sure what else it could be, but it seems to happen more frequently when surfing the net.

Here are my minidumps

Any suggestions??

Did I post in the wrong area??

I think it's a driver issue, but I'm not sure.
