Flavius - That did the trick...
You had hang undesire filter driver hanged by DVD.I fought many times with these errors like you

When this kind of error appear the hanged driver is not visible in device manager -you only see it in registry
You can read entries in UpperFilter/LowerFilter ->these coresponds to driver service which is hanged.Of course you have to find this driver service in HKLM\System\CurrentControl\Set\Services
For example in my image
LowerFilter=PxHelp this means driver service is PxHelp and service key is
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\PxHelp20 and then easy to read & locate driver.
Of course PxHelp20.sys is non-system driver
Many other devices also may have filters but these could be fully natural filters and removing them cause to crash your system or any error for example mouse don't work and likely.
