Crashing when opening folder

kk guys so, everytime i try to access my games folder in program files, windows explorer crashes, so i just restart. I just want to know how to fix this, and here is the signature

fault module CLDemuxer.ax which is Cyberlink , do you have any cyberlink products? power DVD , Power cinema anything like that?

try uninstalling it or installing the latest version , or any patches that might be available

its also a good idea to update ALL you drivers

I searched for anything cyberlink related, and i couldnt find anything, the folder im trying to open is a game if that helps, But i do appreciate the reply

thats odd , it may have been something that came preinstalled on your pc , dvd coping/making software , just gogle that faulting module name and youll see what i mean by tinking its cyberlink

or perhaps its a generic codec for for such software , do you have any other dvd watching sofware? Although a quick google does certainly point to Cyberlink , the first page of hits anyway

oh actually the problem is fixed,you were right it was cyberlink, and i found this program called codec sniper, found the directory to cldemuxer.ax file and deleted it viola problem fixed
