Laptop freezes.

I'm sure you have many topics on this sorry in advance...

My laptop randomly freezes. It's never done this before. It doesn't freeze for a short it time it freezes forever and I have to turn the laptop off by the power button....

Any guesses why my laptop freezes? Even when im running 1 file and not many it freezes

Re: Laptop freezes.

Hello Antihiatus,
It really could be anything causing this, i would start by doing the basics,

CCleaner,
Malwarebytes,
Check what's running in startup "msconfig",
Run memtest,
Have you installed anything prior to this starting ?, (hardware or software).

Hope this helps, good luck and post your results.
