It looks like a RAM problem or maybe is just something in your BIOS. At BIOS screen keep pressing a combination of DELETE, F2, F6 and F8 (one of them should work) until you get in your BOIS configuration. Once there, look for one of the last options that will allow you to restore de defaults settings and press enter. If it doesn't solve your problems, try shutting down, remove all your RAM modules but one (leave the one connected in the slot 0 which usually is the one closer to your CPU or processor) and turn on. Then repeat changing all your modules until you find the one with the problem and replace it by buying a new one.
If nothing works, try asking a friend or family member for a borrowed video card and change it (if its the same, better... if not, try at least from the same manufacturer so you already have the drivers installed). If that doesn't solve the problem then its the processor... burn out - replace.
