Driver update Language

I am using the Uniblue Driver updater and when it finds updated drivers they are not in English. Does it matter about the language? I do not want to install these drivers if language will be a factor .

Re: Driver update Language

I guess it depends on the type of driver. If there is no communication required with the driver, it would not matter. However, I would not want those sorts of updates. Very often foreign language drivers are being updated for a variety of reasons that are not germane to the basic driver functions but specific to that language.
If I were you, I would get rid of this Uniblue updater. It is apparently doing a poor job. Updating drivers is only required when there is a real problem with the device (which hardly ever happens). And then you can easily update via Device Manager. I would go by the old principle: " If it ain't broke, don't fix it".

I'm second that. In addition, the Windows Update will take care of the most important drivers as well.
